ActifStar does not directly operate the tours and activities listed on this website. Before asking any questions, please view the description of each tour, which you can see upon clicking any of the “Activities” throughout the site.
If you have questions after you have booked your tour, you will find the correct contact information in your confirmation email during the start of the booking. If you have any questions that cannot be answered on the site and for more effective assistance, contact us above in the contact form when you making a booking.

In other cases such as semi or group classes, almost all activities, equipment are included in the price. If you prefer to bring your own equipment, feel free to do so; however, the pricing remains unchanged. This is due to that all our classes are carefully arranged and planned individually with each company and further arranged as a packet.
Most activities do not demand previous experience, but please read through the information given for each activity and keep in mind the level that are required. When dealing with animals such as horses, some previous experience or knowledge should be considered. Additionally, when being in the water, know how to swim is a must.

We advise purchasing your experience in advance, as certain activities may reach full capacity close to your desired date, particularly during peak seasons- summer.
In each activity the fitness level required is stated. Keep in mind that it is your responsibility to participate in chosen activity with the fitness level indicated. If the activity is in the water, you need to know how to swim and be safe in the water.
It’s important to note that once confirmed, it becomes your responsibility to attend the activity correctly. There are no refund for NO SHOW or Late arrival. Nevertheless, the guides themselves are in charge of the situation, late arrivals on the day needs to be discussed directly with the guide at the location. When you book your trip, you may add accommodation in the Wishlist- clicking on the accommodation option under FEATURED SERVICES here. (Click) Simply follow the steps to add a hotel to your trip.
Most of our guides and companies work with the WhatsApp as an emergency contact on the day of the event. This number is sent a day before to your email. This number can only be used on the day of the event. Wahtsapp is highly recommended.
As soon as you have done the booking, all the amount for the itinerary will need to be paid. There is a reservation fee called “planning fee” of 30Euro added on the total activity cost. This will not be refunded after booking has been processed, please look under CANCELATION POLICY.
Planning fee of 30Euro, is the fee that ActifStar charge as an agency for our services of planning, organising, supplying any activity, service or trip. This amount will not be refunded after the booking has been confirmed.
All the prices are divided in adults and children, we do not offer other pricing.
Yes, it is essential for us to know all the participants details to secure bookings with the activity company and ensure we have all the necessary information for safety purposes.
1) Is your card blocked for transactions in EURO? If so, please unblock and try again.

Most activities do not allow to bring a dog. If you are in a private group for hiking , please advice with ActifStar about the matter as this may be possible.

Some companies for day trips has transport included. This information is listed in each activity often displayed as “ limited availability”. For the multiway trips, the transport is NOT included and we recommend you to rent a car for the trip. Should you wish, booking can be done with ActifStar within the SERVICES category – rent a car.

There are no direct buses going to any of the activities arranged, a car is necessary for most of the activities. Some of the companies provide transport from your hotel or home. All information will be found in each activity. If no transport is provided , talk to ActifStar during the booking if you need help with transport.
This information is displayed in each activity under; What is included & What do I need to bring. Remember to dress for each activity if its on land or water. Additionally always keep in mind what the weather is doing. In some cases, a reminder list may be sent out after booking depending on each company.
